Compatible Epson wide-format printers

This pack contains ten replacement ink dampers designed for Epson Stylus Pro 7600, 9600, R2100, R2200, F138040 and F138050 models. They suit seven-colour eco-solvent printheads used in professional sign and graphics workflows. The parts are supplied new and ready to fit.

Straightforward printhead maintenance

Each damper slots into the printhead assembly without special tools, making routine service quick for technicians familiar with these printers. Incorrect seating can introduce air bubbles that interrupt ink flow, so verify the connection is firm before running a cleaning cycle. Buyers needing dampers for other Epson series or different colour configurations cannot use this set.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 10 dampers are flowing correctly after installing them in my Epson Stylus Pro 7600?

Run a nozzle check from the printer menu; each of the seven colour channels should print a solid, unbroken grid pattern with no missing lines.

What exactly is included in the pack and do I need any extra fittings for my R2200?

The box contains ten ink damper filters only; no mounting brackets, tubing or O-rings are supplied, so reuse the original hardware from the print head assembly.
