1201 ink damper filter for large-format printers

The YINGHUA 1201 ink damper printhead filter is a replacement part for large-format printers. It is designed for Xuli Dika Polar ink dumper systems where the tube connects directly. This component helps regulate ink flow and filter debris before it reaches the printhead. It suits technicians maintaining compatible wide-format equipment.

Direct tube connection simplifies installation

Installation involves connecting the damper directly to the existing ink tube line on the printer. No specialised tools are typically required for this push-fit connection. The main risk is introducing air bubbles into the fluid path if the tube is not seated fully. An incomplete seal can also cause ink leakage or starvation during printing.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 1201 damper is flowing correctly after installation?

Prime the ink line and watch for a steady, bubble-free stream through the transparent housing; the printhead should fire all nozzles without drop-out during the first test print.

What comes with the 1201 damper and what must I source separately?

The package contains one 1201 ink damper with its integrated filter; you will need to supply compatible tubing, clamps and the correct ink for your large-format printer.
