50-piece ink damper set for wide-format printheads

This pack supplies fifty replacement dampers sized at 3x2 mm for DX5, DX7, XP600, TX800, 4720, I3200 and Mutoh Galaxy Xuli printheads. They act as ink reservoirs and filters to stabilise flow and protect nozzles during high-volume printing. The quantity suits service engineers and print shops that maintain multiple machines.

Fits DX5, DX7, XP600, TX800, 4720 and I3200 heads

Each damper threads into the printhead carriage and connects to the ink supply line, so compatible tubing and fittings are required. The built-in filter traps particles that would otherwise clog nozzles, reducing downtime for head cleaning. Buyers needing a different thread size or a smaller pack will not be served by this listing.

Questions about this item

How long will the 50-piece pack of big ink dampers last under continuous daily printing?

Each pack contains 50 dampers designed for DX5, DX7, XP600, TX800, 4720 and I3200 printheads; service life depends on ink type and volume but a single damper typically handles months of full-time use before replacement is needed.

Do the dampers add any noticeable heat or noise to the printer during all-day operation?

The dampers are passive ink filters with no moving parts or electrical connections, so they generate no heat and produce no audible noise regardless of how long the printer runs.
