Seiko 510 ink damper replacement kit

This set contains four replacement ink dampers built for the Seiko 510 printhead used in solvent and UV wide-format printers. It suits print shops and service technicians who maintain compatible machines such as the Infinity Challenger, Crystaljet Phaeton and Icontek Infinity 3208 models. Each damper is supplied new and ready for immediate installation during routine maintenance or printhead servicing.

Solvent and UV ink compatibility limits

The dampers are designed for solvent and UV ink chemistries and the fluid pressures found in the listed printer families. They are not intended for aqueous, latex or eco-solvent systems that operate with different viscosity ranges or degassing requirements. Installing them outside the specified printer models may cause flow restriction or leakage because the internal volume and membrane specification match the Seiko 510 printhead interface only.
