Compatible Auto Cutter for 24-Inch DesignJet

This replacement auto cutter is designed for HP DesignJet models Z2100, Z3100, T610, T795, T1100, T1120, Z5200 and Z5400. It provides a direct-fit solution for wide-format print workflows that require automatic trimming of 24-inch media rolls. The part is supplied new and ready for installation in the listed printer series.

Sustained Cutting Reliability in Production Use

Under continuous operation the cutter maintains consistent trim accuracy across long print runs without the misfeeds that can occur with worn blades. It is built to withstand the repeated actuation cycles typical of high-volume graphics and technical document output. Shops that only need occasional trimming or use smaller media widths will not benefit from this specific 24-inch mechanism.
