Questions about this item

How do I install the wiper blade on the 3200 printhead without damaging the solvent channel?

Power off the printer, open the maintenance cover, release the old blade from its holder, align the new blade with the solvent channel on the 3200 head, press firmly until it clicks, then close the cover and run a cleaning cycle.

How often should I replace the wiper blade on the 5113 printhead when using solvent inks?

Replace the blade every three to six months or when print quality shows streaking, as solvent inks degrade the rubber faster than aqueous inks.
