Replacement capping station top for Roland VS-640

This YINGHUA cap top fits the print-head capping assembly on Roland VS-640 and RA-640 wide-format printers. It is a new replacement part designed for the Formimaki JV5, CJV30, JV300 and JV33 series that use DX5 or DX7 heads. Install it when the original cap wears out or becomes clogged.

Maintains seal integrity during long print runs

The cap top keeps a consistent vacuum seal on the print head during extended production cycles, preventing ink from drying on the nozzles. It resists solvent exposure and mechanical fatigue so the capping station continues to prime and clean the head reliably over many hours of continuous operation.
