YINGHUA DX5 Big UV Ink Damper 20PCS Filter 4X3mm

20-Pack DX5 UV Ink Dampers for Compatible Print

This pack supplies twenty replacement dampers sized 4x3 mm for DX5, XP600, TX800 and DX4 print heads used in Mutoh, Galaxy, Human and Xuli wide-format printers. Each unit filters UV-curable ink before it reaches the head, helping maintain consistent droplet formation during long print runs. The quantity suits print shops that service multiple machines or keep spares on hand for scheduled maintenance.

Steady Filtration During Continuous Printing

Under sustained output the dampers keep ink flow stable by trapping particles and preventing air bubbles that cause nozzle drop-out over hours of operation. The filter media resists UV-ink chemistry so it does not degrade or clog prematurely when the printer runs unattended overnight. Regular replacement of the full set avoids the gradual pressure drift that short test prints cannot reveal.
