ECO Solvent Ink Filter 512 for Polaris printheads

This five-pack of replacement filters fits Polaris 512 Spectra printheads used in Flora, Infinity, Phaeton, Human and JHF flatbed printers. Each disc has a 45 mm diameter and connects to 4 by 3 mm ink tubing. The 2.5 µm precision media removes impurities to protect the printhead from blockages.

Practical limits of the filter specification

The 2.5 µm rating stops particles larger than that size but does not remove dissolved contaminants or viruses. Corrosion-resistant housing handles eco-solvent and UV inks, yet the filter will clog over time and requires periodic replacement. No flow-rate or pressure-drop figures are supplied, so system designers must verify compatibility with their ink delivery pressure. Buyers who need a different micron rating or a larger diameter must source another part.
