YINGHUA FTP-628MCL101 Printhead Compatibility

This new thermal printhead is designed specifically for the FTP-628MCL101 printer mechanism. It serves as a direct replacement part for maintaining two-inch receipt or label printers that use the 5890 core module. Buyers needing a different width or a printhead for a non-FTP mechanism will not find a match here.

58 mm Print Width Defines Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 58 mm print width paired with the 5890 core designation. If the host device requires a different print width or uses a different core number, this part will not install or function correctly.

Questions about this item

What does the 58 mm print width mean for the receipts or labels I print?

The 58 mm width matches two-inch paper rolls, so each pass prints a standard narrow receipt or label without trimming.

How does the FTP-628MCL101 interface affect the printhead's compatibility?

The printhead is built for the FTP-628MCL101 printer core, so it connects directly to that controller board and is not interchangeable with other thermal mechanisms.
