8-Color UV Ink Damper Kit for R2000

This kit supplies eight UV ink dampers, eight screw O-rings and 1.5 metres of eight-line UV tubing for R2000 UV printers. It is intended for print-shop technicians who need a complete replacement set to maintain consistent ink delivery across all eight channels.

1.5-Metre Pipeline Length Constraint

The included tubing is fixed at 1.5 metres (150 cm) and cannot be shortened or extended without additional fittings. Installers must route the lines within this reach, so printer placement and cable-management space must accommodate the full length.

Eight-Channel Configuration Decides Fit

Only printers that require exactly eight independent ink lines — such as the R2000 UV model — can use this kit without modification. Machines with six or fewer colour channels will leave lines unused, while ten-colour systems will lack the necessary connections.

Questions about this item

Should I order the 6-color or 8-color damper kit for my R2000 UV printer?

Choose the 8-color kit; it includes 8 dampers, 8 screw O-rings, and 1.5 meters of 8-line UV tube pipe specifically for the R2000 model.

How does the 1.5-meter pipeline length affect installation on an R2000 UV printer?

The 1.5-meter (150 cm) UV tube pipe provides sufficient reach to route ink lines from the reservoir to the printhead carriage on the R2000 without stretching or kinking.

Which printer models use the same damper interface as the R2000 in this kit?

The dampers and pipeline fit Forepson R330, R290, T50, L800, 1390, and R2000 UV printers, sharing the same mounting and ink-filtering interface.
