  • Ten-switch pack covers a compact 60 % layout

Low-Profile Switches for Air75 and Air60

The YINGHUA KS-27 is a set of 10 ultra-slim mechanical switches designed specifically for Air75 and Air60 keyboards. They use a 5-pin gold-plated mount and are not compatible with conventional MX-style switch footprints. Three tactile variants are offered in a single listing.

Choice of Red, Blue or Brown Actuation

Each variant ships with a distinct bottom-out force: Red at about 50 g, Blue at about 52 g and Brown at about 55 g. The 2.75 mm total stroke and quick rebound give a fast, sensitive keystroke suited to low-profile builds. No retail packaging is included.

Ten-Switch Pack Covers Partial Replacements

The 10-piece quantity handles a single row or a small cluster but leaves larger layouts incomplete. Buyers needing a full keyboard set or MX-compatible switches will have to look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long before the 5-pin gold-plated pins in the KS-27 switches wear out?

The 5-pin gold-plated contacts are rated for tens of millions of actuations, so under normal typing they last years without replacement.

What stops the 2.75 mm total stroke from feeling mushy during long sessions?

The short 2.75 mm travel bottoms out quickly, and the 50–55 g bottom-out force gives a firm stop that prevents a mushy feel.

Do the KS-27 switches run hot or loud when typing all day?

Mechanical switches generate negligible heat and the linear or tactile stems stay quiet; only keycap clack is audible during extended use.
