Mirror Camera with Dual Lens

The YINGHUA Mirror Camera replaces a standard rear-view mirror with a 10 inch touch screen that displays live front and rear video. It records 2K front and 1080P rear footage at 30 frames per second while driving and captures a single frame per second when parked. The 1280 by 320 IPS panel uses a MIPI interface for full-screen visual reversing.

Included 32 GB card enables immediate recording

A Class 10 microSD card of 32 GB capacity is supplied so the unit can start loop recording without a separate purchase. The recorder writes H.265 or H.264 video to the card and locks files automatically when the G-sensor detects a collision. Maximum supported capacity is 64 GB for longer storage.

Power requires 2 A cigarette lighter

The device draws power from a 12 V cigarette lighter socket rated at 2 A or from a hard-wire kit providing 5 V at 2.5 A with low-voltage protection. Buyers without a suitable 12 V accessory socket or who cannot run a fused 2.5 A line to the fuse box cannot use the camera.

Questions about this item

How often will the 32 GB card need replacing with 2 K front and 1080 P rear recording at 30 fps?

Loop recording overwrites the oldest files automatically, so the included 32 GB card lasts until it physically wears out; the unit supports up to 64 GB Class 10 cards if you want more capacity.

What limits continuous recording first — the 2 A cigarette-lighter feed or the 2.5 A monitoring cable?

The cigarette-lighter adapter supplies 2 A, which is lower than the 2.5 A monitoring-cable rating, so the lighter socket is the practical ceiling for all-day power.

How hot or loud does the 10 inch IPS screen get when the dash cam runs all day?

The 1280 x 320 IPS panel has no fan and draws only modest power, so it stays warm to the touch and silent during extended use.
