Compatible Plotter Maintenance Part

The YINGHUA pickup roller sensor encoder disc replaces part numbers CM751-80022 and CB021-80053 in HP DesignJet T-series plotters. It restores reliable paper feeding and position sensing for models T100, T120, T125, T130, T520, T525 and T530. Installation returns the printer to consistent media handling without misfeeds.

Limits of This Replacement Part

This component addresses only the pickup roller encoder function; it does not repair worn feed rollers, damaged printheads or electronic faults. Buyers needing a full roller assembly or printhead service kit should look for those separate kits. Shops maintaining other printer brands or newer DesignJet series cannot use this disc.

Questions about this item

How long does the CM751-80022 encoder disc last before the pickup roller starts slipping under continuous scanning?

The CM751-80022 encoder disc is a new replacement part designed for HP T530, T125, T120, T520, T100, T525 and T130 scanners; its service life depends on scan volume and media type rather than a fixed page count.

Does the CB021-80053 sensor disc generate extra heat or noise when the scanner runs all day?

The CB021-80053 sensor encoder disc is a passive optical component with no moving parts of its own, so it adds no measurable heat or acoustic output during extended scanning sessions.
