Compatible Print Head for 58mm Printers

This YINGHUA print head replaces the original unit in XP-C58K, T58KC and XP-T58L thermal printers. It restores clear receipt output for retail, hospitality and mobile point-of-sale environments. The part is supplied new and matches the factory specifications for the listed models. Buyers needing a different paper width or a non-listed printer model should select another part.

Direct Swap Installation

The print head sits in the standard carriage and connects with the existing flexible cable, so no soldering or firmware changes are required. Handle the element by its plastic housing to avoid contaminating the heating line with oils or dust. A common issue is misaligning the connector pins during reassembly, which causes missing lines on the first test print. Verify the cable latch is fully seated before closing the printer cover.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the print head is working correctly after installing it in my XP-C58K?

Run a self-test or print a test page from the printer menu; the output should show clear, complete lines across the full 58 mm width without gaps or streaks.

What comes in the package and do I need to buy any cables or mounting hardware separately?

The box contains the print head unit only; it connects directly to the printer's existing carriage and ribbon cable, so no extra cables or mounting parts are required.
