60 silicone plugs for CISS refills

This pack supplies sixty high-elasticity silicone plugs designed to seal refill ports on continuous ink supply system cartridges. They fit a range of printer models that use refillable ink tanks and need a reliable rubber seal during top-ups. The plugs are sold new and ready for immediate installation by home users or small-office technicians who maintain their own ink systems.

Heat noise and power not applicable

These passive rubber seals generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no electrical power during normal use. They simply press into the cartridge opening to prevent leaks and evaporation while the printer is idle or operating. No cooling, ventilation or power-budget planning is required for this accessory.

Questions about this item

How are the 60 silicone plugs installed on a refillable cartridge, and what step is often missed?

Press each plug firmly into the cartridge fill port until it seats flush; the step often missed is wiping the port clean first so ink residue does not prevent a tight seal.

What maintenance or replacement will the 60 silicone plugs need over time?

Inspect plugs whenever the continuous ink supply system is refilled; replace any that show cracks, hardening or loss of elasticity to maintain an airtight seal.
