This YINGHUA printhead replaces the 482F and 486F models on Nakasaki AB-58v machines. It arrives new and ready to install in compatible large-format printers. The unit suits print shops and production teams that need a direct replacement for worn or damaged heads.

Gear hole diameter 2 mm with four large holes

The head features a 2 mm gear hole diameter and four large mounting holes that match the AB-58v carriage specification. No extra adapters or modifications are required for fitment. Buyers who need a different hole pattern or a head for another printer series should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long does the 482F printhead maintain consistent output before ink starvation becomes the limiting factor?

The 2 mm gear-hole diameter on the 482F governs ink flow rate, so sustained printing is limited by how quickly the supply can feed through those four holes.

Does the 486F printhead generate noticeable heat or vibration during continuous operation on the AB-58v?

The 486F shares the same 2 mm gear-hole design, and with no onboard electronics or moving parts beyond the gear interface, heat and vibration remain minimal during all-day runs.
