Compatible Printhead for Epson 710 and 804 Models

This new YINGHUA printhead is designed for Epson printers using the 710, 800 and 804 series designations. It fits the EP-804A and TX710W models directly. The part serves as a replacement for worn or clogged original heads. Buyers needing a different mounting style or additional colour channels cannot use this unit.

Solid-state component with no moving cooling parts

The printhead draws power only during active printing cycles and produces no audible fan noise. Thermal load is managed by the printer’s own carriage system and ink flow. There are no external heatsinks, radiators or power ratings to consider. Installers should follow the printer service manual for correct seating and ink priming.

Questions about this item

How do I install the printhead in my EP-804A and what step is often missed?

Power off the printer, open the carriage, remove the old printhead, seat the new YINGHUA unit firmly until it clicks, then run the head-alignment routine before printing.

What maintenance will the YINGHUA printhead for the 800 series need later?

Run the built-in cleaning cycle when output shows banding, keep the capping station moist during long idle periods, and replace the head again if nozzles stay blocked after deep cleaning.
