Direct replacement for FTP-628MCL101

This thermal printhead is built for the FTP-628MCL101 and fits 58mm POS-5890III printers. It restores clear receipt output when the original head wears out. Retail, hospitality and mobile POS operators can swap it in without changing firmware or cabling. The part arrives new and ready to install.

Low thermal mass keeps heat local

The compact 58mm element heats only the active line, so surrounding components stay cool during continuous printing. Power draw follows the printer's existing supply profile with no extra load. Acoustic output is limited to the mechanism's normal advance noise, adding no audible fan or coil whine.
