Thermal printhead for FTP-628MCL101

This YINGHUA printhead replaces the core component in a 58 mm thermal printer using the FTP-628MCL101 mechanism. It is intended for technicians or operators maintaining point-of-sale or kiosk units that require a direct drop-in part numbered ZQ-ERC1000.

Limited to 58 mm direct-thermal mechanisms

The head only works with printers built around the FTP-628MCL101 design and 58 mm paper width. It cannot be used in wider-format, impact or ink-based devices, nor in models that require a different electrical pin-out or mounting pattern. Buyers needing a different resolution, speed rating or interface must select another part.

Questions about this item

Is the FTP-628MCL101 printhead the correct part for my 58 mm thermal printer?

Yes, this head is built for the FTP-628MCL101 mechanism used in 58 mm thermal printers such as the ZQ-ERC1000.

Will this printhead produce clear receipts on 58 mm paper in daily use?

It is the original thermal core for that mechanism, so it prints at the standard 58 mm width with the same density and speed the printer was designed for.
