Questions about this item

How do I install the YINGHUA input tray on my HP 4368 and which alignment step is most often missed?

Slide the tray straight into the front slot until the side rails click into the printer chassis; the step users miss is pressing both rear corners down firmly to lock the rear tabs before loading paper.

What part of the YINGHUA tray for the HP 5360 will wear out first and need replacement?

The plastic pickup rollers inside the tray assembly wear down after repeated CD or DVD feeds and should be swapped when media starts to misfeed or skew.
