YINGHUA KF2004 printhead for Argox OS-214

This YINGHUA KF2004 printhead replaces the original nozzle in Argox OS-214 desktop label printers. It delivers 203 dpi thermal transfer output for shipping labels, asset tags and barcode work. Operations running high-volume rolls will find the direct-fit design restores print clarity without printer modification. Buyers needing a different resolution or a printhead for another printer model should look elsewhere.

Straightforward drop-in replacement for the OS-214

Installation requires opening the print mechanism, unlatching the old head and seating the KF2004 onto the carriage pins before relatching and running a calibration. The most common issue is residual adhesive or label dust on the platen roller causing streaks, so clean the roller and path before fitting the new head. Misalignment of the connector flex cable can also prevent the printer from recognising the head.
