Questions about this item

How do I install the D9L18-900027 paper out tray on my 8730 printer without misaligning the guide rails?

Open the output area, slide the tray straight in until the side tabs click into the 8730 chassis slots, then close the cover; the step most users miss is pressing both tabs at once so the tray seats evenly.

When will the D9L18-900027 tray need replacement on an 8715 and what wears out first?

The plastic catch arms fatigue after repeated cycles; expect to swap the tray when the 8715 no longer holds printed pages securely, typically after heavy daily use.
