This replacement printhead sensor fits a wide range of Canon PIXMA MG-series inkjet printers including the MG5620, MG5630, MG5640, MG5650, MG5670, MG5680, MG5700, MG5710, MG5720, MG5721, MG5730, MG5740, MG5751, MG5760 and MG5783. It restores accurate printhead positioning so the printer can resume normal output. Home users and small offices with a compatible model can use it to fix alignment errors or print-quality faults.

Direct-fit design requires no soldering

The sensor mounts directly into the existing printhead assembly using the original connector and screw points, so installation follows the printer’s standard service routine. No adapter cables or firmware updates are needed. Buyers whose printer uses a different printhead generation or who need a complete printhead unit rather than the sensor alone will not be served by this part.
