Compatible rubber roller for XP-C2008

This rubber roller is a replacement press roller designed for the XP-C2008, 80250ii, 80220, and 80160 printer models. It serves as a direct spare part for worn or damaged feed rollers in these specific devices. The component is supplied new and ready for installation. It addresses paper feed issues caused by roller degradation.

Capacity and headroom for paper feed maintenance

The roller restores reliable paper pickup and transport for the listed printer models. It handles standard print volumes until the rubber surface wears smooth again. It does not increase the printer's rated duty cycle or paper capacity. Users with high-volume environments will need to replace this consumable more frequently.

Questions about this item

Will the rubber roller press roller fit my XP-C2008 printer without modifying the existing feed assembly?

The roller is made for the XP-C2008 and the 80160, 80220, 80250ii models, so it aligns with the original feed shaft and mounting points on those units.

How can I confirm the roller is seated correctly after I install it?

After fitting the roller, run a test print; the paper should advance smoothly without skewing or slipping, and the printer should not display a paper-jam error.
