Installation Notes and Common Issues

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 58 mm shaft platen roller is installed correctly on my AB-58MK printer?

After fitting the roller, run a test print; clear, even characters across the full paper width show the rubber roller is seated and turning properly.

What comes in the box and do I need any extra parts for the CITAQ rp-pos58ns4 628 POS printer?

The package contains the shaft platen roller only; no additional gears, springs or tools are included, so reuse the existing hardware from the old roller.
