Compatible Shaft Platen Roller

This shaft platen roller is designed for land-ME31, SP60 and POS 8210 printers. It serves as a direct replacement part for point-of-sale hardware that uses these model numbers. Retail and hospitality operators can install it to restore print quality when the original roller wears out.

Replaces Worn Original Rollers

The part replaces the factory-fitted roller in the listed models when paper feed becomes uneven or print density drops. Upgrading is worthwhile when the existing roller shows visible wear, hardening or slippage during high-volume receipt printing. It is not suited for printers outside the specified model range.

Questions about this item

Does this shaft platen roller fit the land-ME31, SP60 and POS 8210 models?

The roller is made for the land-ME31, SP60 and POS 8210 printers, matching the shaft and rubber dimensions for those units.

How is the roller installed, and what step is often missed?

Remove the old roller, slide the new shaft into the printer bearings until it seats, then secure the retaining clips; the step often missed is fully engaging both clips so the roller cannot shift.
