Small-hole thermal printhead gear

This YINGHUA gear fits TP Gongda POS58GP, POS58LP-B and TP-POS58L thermal printers. It replaces a worn or damaged drive gear inside the printhead assembly. Technicians and repair shops use it to restore reliable paper advance without replacing the entire printhead mechanism.

When a stripped gear causes misfeeds

Swap this gear when the original teeth are stripped, cracked or skipping and the printer jams or prints unevenly. The repair is worthwhile if the printhead heating elements and flex cable remain functional. Buyers needing a complete printhead assembly or a different tooth count should source the matching full unit instead.
