PS VR2 Lens Protection

Soft silicone caps shield the PS VR2 lenses from dust, impacts and scratches. The flexible material fits snugly without applying pressure that could mark the optics. A blue-green colour option adds a subtle visual cue while the covers are in place.

Daily Handling and Care

Each cap measures approximately 13 by 6 by 0.5 cm and weighs very little, so they add no noticeable bulk during storage. Silicone construction allows the covers to be washed and reused, reducing waste compared with disposable films. Installation and removal take only seconds, making them practical for frequent VR sessions.

Upgrade from Bare Lenses

Owners who currently rely on the headset’s naked lenses gain a physical barrier against accidental contact and airborne particles. The jump is worthwhile for anyone who transports the headset regularly or shares it among multiple users. Buyers needing prescription lens inserts or anti-fog coatings will find this product does not address those requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the silicone lens cover fit the PS VR2 headset lenses?

Yes, the cover is designed for the PS VR2 headset lenses and measures approximately 13 × 6 × 0.5 cm.

What clearance does the cover need around the headset lenses?

The cover is about 0.5 cm thick, so it adds roughly 5 mm of depth over each lens.

How do you install the cover and what is the common mistake?

Stretch the flexible silicone cap over each lens; the mistake is forcing it on crooked, which can leave gaps or stress the material.
