Crystal Palace Protection for Galaxy S24 Ultra

The ZAGG Crystal Palace case fits the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a clear, fitted skin. It uses graphene reinforcement to deliver MIL-STD-810G 516 certified drop protection up to 13 feet. The case contains 78% post-consumer recycled content certified by independent third parties. It suits owners who want strong defence while showing the phone's original design.

Thermals Noise and Power in Daily Use

The slim, lightweight construction adds minimal bulk and does not trap heat during normal operation. Wireless charging works through the case without alignment issues or reduced speed. The clear material resists scratches and yellowing to maintain transparency over time. No active cooling or power components are included.

Bundled Accessories and Software Impact

The package supplies only the fitted case itself. No screen protector, cleaning kit, or installation tools are provided. There is no companion app or firmware to manage features. Buyers who want a screen protector or a multi-pack must purchase those items separately.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the case onto my Galaxy S24 Ultra without trapping dust under the clear back?

Wipe the phone and the inside of the case with a microfibre cloth, align the camera cut-out first, then press the edges down evenly; the graphene-reinforced frame snaps on tightly so any missed speck stays visible.

Will the clear material stay transparent or do I need to replace the case when it yellows?

The anti-yellowing formula and scratch-resistant coating are designed to keep the case clear for the life of the phone, so a replacement for discolouration is not expected.

At what point does sustained heat from wireless charging start to affect the case?

The case is fully wireless-charging compatible and the graphene reinforcement dissipates heat, so no thermal limit is reached during normal charging sessions.
