Product Identity

The ZAGG Pocketbook is a folio-style case crafted for the iPhone 5. It uses a faux leather cover that closes with a magnetic mechanism to keep the front protected. A dedicated slot on the rear panel holds a single business or credit card for quick access. The design balances everyday protection with a slim professional appearance.

Build Integration

The case wraps around the iPhone 5 without adding significant bulk to the profile. Precise cutouts maintain access to the charging port, headphone jack, volume buttons and camera lens. The magnetic front flap folds back during calls or camera use and does not interfere with screen operation. No tools or adhesives are required for installation.

Accessory Impact

The integrated card slot eliminates the need for a separate wallet for essential cards. Magnetic closure keeps the cover shut without a strap or snap that could wear out over time. Faux leather material resists minor scuffs and wipes clean with a soft cloth. The package contains only the folio case itself.

Questions about this item

Does the folio's magnetic closure stay secure when the card slot holds a credit card?

The magnetic closure is designed to keep the cover shut even with a card stored in the back pocket, securing both the screen and the card.

Does the leather material trap heat against the iPhone 5 during extended use?

The folio uses a faux leather cover that does not insulate the phone, allowing normal heat dissipation during all-day operation.

Must the iPhone 5 be inserted into a specific inner shell before it fits this folio?

The case is tailored to the iPhone 5 dimensions, so the phone slides directly into the folio without a separate inner shell.
