Heavy-Duty Hand Cleaner

Zep R54824 TKO Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner in Lemon-Lime scent is formulated for mechanics, technicians and tradespeople who need to remove stubborn grease, oil and grime after a shift. The one-gallon bottle supplies a high-volume workshop or garage with enough product for frequent daily use.

Poly Scrubbing Beads

The formula uses poly scrubbing beads that physically lift embedded dirt without relying on harsh solvents. Because the cleaner contains no solvents, it avoids drying or irritating the skin during repeated wash cycles.

Solvent-Free Formula

Buyers with sensitive skin or existing dermatitis should verify that a solvent-free, bead-based cleaner meets their personal care requirements. Facilities that mandate specific industrial hygiene certifications should confirm compliance before switching bulk hand-cleaning supplies.

Questions about this item

How often do the poly scrubbing beads need to be replenished?

The poly scrubbing beads are suspended in the liquid formula and are consumed during use, so the 1 gal bottle is replaced once the contents are used up.

What limits how much grime can be cleaned before the product stops working?

Cleaning capacity ends when the 1 gal volume is exhausted; there is no separate filter or cartridge to saturate first.

Does the cleaner generate heat or fumes during extended use in a workshop?

The solvent-free formula produces no significant heat or fumes, even with all-day hand-washing sessions.
