Antibacterial Disinfectant for Hard Surfaces

Zep ZUBAC128 is a ready-to-use antibacterial disinfectant cleaner with lemon scent. It kills 99.9 percent of germs on hard, non-porous surfaces. The formula neutralises odours and cuts through grease, mildew and tough soils. It suits homes, offices, schools and public restrooms.

Safe Chemistry for Daily Cleaning

The product contains quaternary ammonium chlorides, ethanol and chelating agents for broad-spectrum disinfection. It is approved for use on stainless steel, chrome, glazed ceramic, laminate and plastic. No dilution or special ventilation equipment is required for normal application. Surfaces are left clean and deodorised without residue.

Broad-Spectrum Kill Under Contact Time

The disinfectant inactivates HIV, MRSA and influenza viruses when used as directed on pre-cleaned surfaces. Sustained wet contact time is necessary to achieve the labelled kill claims. Heavy soil loads should be removed first to maintain efficacy during prolonged use. The lemon fragrance helps identify treated areas during extended cleaning sessions.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the ready-to-use formula on hard non-porous surfaces, and what step do people often skip?

Spray or wipe the surface until thoroughly wet, then let it remain wet for the full contact time required for disinfection; skipping the dwell time is the common error.

What will need replacement once the 128 fl oz container is empty?

The entire 1 gal bottle is consumed with use, so you simply purchase another ZUBAC128 unit when it runs out.

Which soils does the lemon-scented cleaner cut through first during sustained cleaning?

It is formulated to tackle grease, mildew, mold and general soils on approved surfaces like stainless steel, glazed tile and laminate.
