Party Decoration Kit

The Zesliwy Black Gold Confetti Balloons set supplies 50 latex balloons in five colour finishes plus a 33 foot ribbon roll. It is intended for anyone planning a graduation, birthday, wedding or similar celebration who wants a coordinated black, gold and white palette without sourcing separate packs.

Build and Setup

Each balloon is made from biodegradable latex that can be filled with either helium or air and holds inflation for several days when tied tightly. The pack includes pre-filled confetti balloons so no extra filling step is required, and the ribbon allows quick garland or arch assembly for indoor or outdoor backdrops.

Use and Safety

Confetti pieces are heavier than helium so they settle toward the bottom; shaking the balloon and rubbing it on hair, silk or wool makes the confetti cling to the inner wall for visual effect. Inflate with a pump rather than by mouth, keep maximum diameter at 12 inch to avoid bursts, and supervise children at all times due to choking hazard.
