Graf Zeppelin 8041-piece MOC set

This 8041-piece building set recreates the Graf Zeppelin aircraft carrier as a My Own Creation model. It is designed for adult builders and collectors who enjoy large-scale historical ship projects and want a challenging display piece.

ABS bricks with Power Functions compatibility

The set uses durable ABS plastic bricks with smooth edges that hold tightly together and are fully compatible with major building-block brands. It includes Power Functions elements for motorised features and comes with PDF instructions for the build.

Static display model with motorised options

In normal use the completed carrier sits as a static display, while the Power Functions components allow moving parts to be operated when desired. The plastic construction requires no external power source unless the motorised functions are activated.

Questions about this item

Does this set use the LEGO Power Functions standard for its motorised features?

Yes, the set is described as including Power Functions, meaning it uses the LEGO Power Functions system for motorisation and remote control.

What physical space is needed to display the completed 8041-piece aircraft carrier?

The finished model is a large-scale MOC aircraft carrier; ensure you have a wide, sturdy surface such as a large table or floor area to accommodate its length and width.

How is the PDF instruction file used during the build, and what common step causes issues?

Open the supplied PDF on a tablet or computer and follow the step sequence; a frequent mistake is skipping sub-assembly groups, which makes final alignment of the hull sections difficult.
