ZITIANYOUBUILD MOC-136699 Seaside Fishermans House

The ZITIANYOUBUILD MOC-136699 Cityscape Seaside Fishermans House is a custom interlocking brick set containing 1575 parts. It is designed for adult builders who enjoy detailed architectural models and creative construction projects. The set arrives brand new with PDF instructions provided for the build.

Suited for display builders and MOC collectors

This set suits hobbyists who want a large, colourful seaside building for display or imaginative play. It is not for buyers who need motorised functions, electronic components or official licensed themes beyond the compatible brick format. The age rating of 6+ makes it accessible, but the piece count targets experienced builders.

Straightforward assembly with PDF guidance

Installation follows the supplied PDF instructions, which guide the builder through the 1575 pieces step by step. The bricks are made from ABS plastic and are 100% compatible with major brands, so they hold tightly together. The main issue reported is occasional missing pieces, which can pause progress until replacements are sourced.
