The Last Homely House 10552-Piece Set

This ZITIANYOUBUILD MOC-149444 set contains 10552 plastic building bricks designed for creative construction. It is suited for builders aged 14 and older who enjoy detailed, large-scale architectural models. The multi-coloured ABS pieces interlock firmly and are compatible with major brick brands. A PDF instruction guide is included for assembly.

Stepping Up From Smaller Brick Kits

Moving to a 10552-piece set makes sense when a builder has outgrown smaller kits and wants a project that spans many sessions. The higher part count allows for finer architectural detail and structural complexity not possible with fewer pieces. The jump is worth it when the builder has the space and patience for a long-term display model. Younger children or those seeking quick builds will find the scale overwhelming.

Limits of the Friction-Fit Brick System

The set relies on standard friction-fit plastic studs, so very large or heavy sections may loosen under their own weight if moved frequently. ABS plastic can deform slightly under sustained pressure or high heat, which may affect alignment in load-bearing areas. The model is designed for static display rather than repeated disassembly or rough play. No motorised or electronic functions are included.

Questions about this item

Does the 10552-piece set need a baseplate to build the house on?

The set contains 10552 interlocking bricks and a PDF instruction file; a baseplate is not included, so you can build directly on any flat surface or add a compatible plate separately.

What is the step most builders miss when starting the PDF instructions?

Builders often skip sorting the multi-colour bricks by shape before step one, which makes the 10552-piece build much slower and increases the chance of missing a specialised wheel or axle element.

If a brick cracks after repeated rebuilds, can I get a matching replacement?

The bricks are moulded from standard ABS plastic and are 100 % compatible with major brands, so any standard 1×1, 2×4 or Technic-style replacement from those systems will match the colour and clutch perfectly.
