Scale and Scope

The ZITIANYOUBUILD MOC-223953 replicates the Brooklyn Bridge at 1/2000 scale using 5022 interlocking pieces. It targets adult builders who enjoy architectural modelling and detailed construction projects. The set arrives new and uses multi-coloured ABS plastic bricks.

Material and Handling

Bricks are moulded from BPA-free ABS plastic with smooth edges for safe handling. The material resists breaking or bending during repeated assembly and disassembly. Pieces hold together tightly while remaining compatible with other major building-block brands.

Upgrade Path and Limits

This set suits hobbyists moving from standard brick collections to a large-scale landmark build. It does not meet the needs of buyers who want motorised functions or remote-control features. The fixed 5022-piece count also limits builders who prefer modular expansion.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 5022-piece Brooklyn Bridge model at 1/2000 scale, and what step do builders often miss?

Build on a large, flat surface following the numbered bag sequence; the step most skip is sorting all 5022 pieces by colour and shape before starting, which prevents missing specialised bridge elements later.

What maintenance or replacement will the ABS bricks need over time?

The BPA-free ABS bricks resist breakage and fading; only occasional dusting with a soft brush is needed, and lost elements can be replaced from any compatible major-brand inventory.

What structural limit appears first when the completed bridge is displayed long-term?

The 1/2000 scale span may develop slight sag at the centre deck if moved frequently; reinforcing the main cables with extra Technic pins during the build prevents this.
