Adult Star Wars MOC Build

The ZITIANYOUBUILD MOC-98501 National Oil Tanks set contains 2656 plastic interlocking bricks packaged with PDF instructions. It is designed as a custom My Own Creation model for adult builders who enjoy detailed display projects. The bricks are made from ABS plastic and are fully compatible with LEGO elements.

Suited For Patient Display Builders

This kit suits hobbyists who want a large, single-model build for shelf display and who are comfortable following digital instructions. It is not for buyers seeking quick-build play sets, multiple alternative models, or printed manuals in the box. Younger children or anyone preferring simpler builds under a few hundred pieces should look elsewhere.

2656-Piece Count Decides Fit

The defining specification is the 2656-piece count, which sets the build time, physical footprint, and parts-sorting effort required. If that volume matches your display space and project schedule, the set fits; if you need a smaller or larger piece count, this is not the right model.

Questions about this item

Does the 2656-part set need a specific baseplate size to build the National Oil Tanks model?

The set uses standard stud spacing compatible with major brands, so any regular baseplate that accepts those bricks will work; no proprietary footprint is required.

What is the most common mistake when following the PDF instructions for this MOC-98501 kit?

Builders often skip the sub-assembly pages and try to attach large sections before the internal Technic frame is complete, causing alignment issues later.

If a brick cracks after heavy use, can I replace it with a standard piece from another brand?

Yes, the ABS bricks are 100% compatible with LEGO and other major brands, so any matching part from those systems will fit and hold tightly.
