Suits XR11 owners wanting drop protection

Buyers who need a cover for the XR15 Voice Remote or any other brand should look elsewhere. Households without an XR11 remote gain no benefit from this case. The product is a cover only; the remote itself is not supplied.

Check remote model before ordering

Verify the remote is the XFinity Comcast XR11 Premium Voice Activated model, because the cover will not fit the XR15 or other remotes. Confirm you want a silicone skin with a lanyard rather than a hard shell or a different colour.

Will the cover block the infrared signal from the top of my XR11 remote?

No, a sensor opening at the top of the cover allows unobstructed infrared signal transmission up to 10 meters.

How can I confirm the cover is installed correctly on the remote?

All buttons, ports, and functions remain fully accessible through precise cutouts, and the cover surrounds the remote tightly without shifting.
