It accepts solvent-weld connections on both ends and can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit the piping layout. The rubber seal and stainless-steel spring provide a positive shut-off that stops back-flow when the pump cycles off.

Replaces noisy or leaking swing checks

This unit upgrades an existing 2 in check valve that chatters, fails to seal or restricts flow during high-volume discharge. The full-flow body reduces head loss compared with reduced-port designs, making the swap worthwhile when the current valve causes pump short-cycling or water-hammer noise.
