Zoro Select 3/0 AWG Compression Lug

This copper compression lug accepts a single 3/0 AWG stranded copper conductor. It features a one-hole design with a 1/4 in stud size and a long barrel configuration. The connector is UL Listed and CSA Certified for electrical applications up to 600 V AC.

Replaces Damaged or Undersized Crimp Terminals

Upgrade when an existing lug shows corrosion, overheating damage or an incorrect wire gauge fit. The jump is worth it when a repair requires a seamless barrel design rated for 300 Degrees F maximum operating temperature. It is not suited for multi-hole mounting patterns or conductors smaller than 3/0 AWG.

Fits Standard Crimp Tooling and Copper Busbars

The lug requires a compatible crimp die matching the orange colour code and die code 50 for proper termination. Its straight tongue angle and .92 in tongue width align with standard 1/4 in stud fasteners. The seamless construction eliminates a potential failure point at the barrel seam during high-current cycles.
