Copper Sealing Washers for M20 Bolts

This pack supplies 25 plain-finish copper sealing washers sized for M20 fasteners. Each washer has a 20 mm inside diameter and a 24 mm outside diameter. The annealed copper construction provides reliable crush sealing in fluid or gas systems. They suit maintenance technicians and assemblers who need consistent sealing performance.

Capacity and Headroom

Uniform 1.5 mm thickness with a ±0.2 mm tolerance gives predictable compression behaviour. The copper material conforms to flange irregularities and resists corrosion in hydraulic, fuel or coolant circuits. The 25-piece quantity covers multiple joint reseals or small production runs. Larger diameter bolts or higher volume requirements would need additional packs.

Build Quality and Daily Use

Annealed copper ensures the washers deform evenly without cracking during torque-up. The plain finish avoids plating contamination in sensitive fluid paths. Metric sizing matches standard M20 hardware directly from the pack. The small pack format keeps inventory tidy for occasional service jobs.
