Copper sealing washers for M16.5 bolts
These copper sealing washers suit M16.5 fasteners in automotive and industrial assemblies. The pack contains 25 plain-finish washers with a 16.5 mm inside diameter and 24 mm outside diameter. They are annealed for consistent deformation and come in a small pack for bench or field use.
Check bolt size and stack height
Verify that the fastener is an M16.5 thread before ordering. Each washer is 2 mm thick with a ±0.2 mm tolerance so confirm the joint can accommodate this height. The copper material is plain with a grey seal surface and no additional plating or coating is present.
Annealed copper compresses evenly under load
The annealed copper yields uniformly to create a reliable seal without excessive torque. In normal service the washers flatten to fill surface irregularities and resist leakage. No special tools are required beyond standard wrenches for the M16.5 hardware.

Questions about this item
Does the 25-pack include everything needed to seal M16.5 bolts, or must I buy anything else?
The pack contains 25 copper sealing washers sized for M16.5 bolts; no additional components are included.
I see only one size listed — how do I know the M16.5 copper washer is the right choice for my application?
The washer matches a 16.5 mm inside diameter, 24 mm outside diameter and 2 mm thickness with a ±0.2 mm tolerance; verify those dimensions against your joint specification.
What does the annealed copper construction mean for sealing performance once the washer is installed?
Annealed copper is soft, so it conforms to flange surfaces under bolt load and creates a reliable seal at the 2 mm design thickness.
