Quick Detachable SK Bushing

The Zoro Select TB Woods SK 15/16 in Quick Detachable Bushing is a steel power-transmission component for keyed shafts. It fits industrial equipment that uses the SK bushing series and a 15/16 in bore. Supplied new with three cap screws included.

15/16 in Bore Diameter

The single specification that decides fit is the 15/16 in bore diameter matched to the SK series taper of 3/4 in per ft. The bushing accepts a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in high keyway and uses a 3.31 in bolt circle with 5/16 in -18 x 2 in cap screws. Verify shaft size and series before ordering.

Steel Construction and Split Flange

The bushing body is steel with a split flange 1/2 in wide and an overall diameter of 3.875 in. Length less flange is 1.375 in and total length is 1.875 in. SAE Grade 5 hardware provides secure clamping under normal torque loads.

Questions about this item

What does the 15/16 in bore diameter mean for my shaft?

The 15/16 in bore diameter fits a shaft of that exact size with a 1/4 in keyway width and 1/8 in keyway height for keyed shafts.

How does the 3/4 in per ft taper and 5/16 In. -18 x 2 in bolt size affect installation?

The 3/4 in per ft taper locks the bushing when the three included cap screws are tightened to the 3.31 in bolt circle diameter.

Will the 3.875 in overall diameter and 1.875 in length fit inside my pulley?

The 3.875 in overall diameter and 1.875 in total length, with 1.375 in length less flange and 1/2 in flange width, must clear the pulley bore and hub space.
