Questions about this item

Does the watch need a phone running Android 5.0 or iOS 9.0 to pair and show notifications?

Yes, the companion app requires Android 5.0 and above or iOS 9.0 and above for Bluetooth calling, message alerts and health data sync.

Can I keep wearing the watch while washing my hands or caught in rain?

The IP67 rating means it resists dust and temporary immersion, so hand-washing splashes and rain are fine; avoid swimming or high-pressure jets.

How can I confirm the heart-rate and blood-oxygen sensors are working after the first charge?

Open the health app on the watch, start a manual measurement, and check that a heart-rate value and SpO2 percentage appear on the 240 x 280 TFT screen.
