It supports Bluetooth calling, voice assistant access and music playback so the phone can stay in a pocket. Multiple sports modes cover walking, running, swimming and team sports for casual fitness enthusiasts.

Companion app and watch setup

The device pairs with a smartphone app available in over twenty languages including English, German, French and Spanish. The watch UI offers the same breadth of language support plus Arabic, Hebrew, Thai and others. Users can adjust brightness, screen-on time, vibration intensity and enable power-saving or do-not-disturb modes directly on the watch. Full touch navigation allows quick switching between dial faces and menu styles.

Behaviour during extended wear

Continuous health sensors run throughout the day and night, feeding data to the companion app for trend review. Power-saving mode extends operating time between charges when monitoring is active around the clock. The watch handles ongoing notification alerts, stopwatch and timer functions without interrupting sensor logging. Swimming mode remains active during water-based sessions while other modes track land activities.

Questions about this item

How long does the 128 Mb storage last when recording continuous heart-rate and blood-oxygen data?

The watch stores activity records locally and syncs them to the companion app; with 128 Mb of memory it holds many days of health logs before the oldest entries are overwritten.

Does the watch become hot or noisy during all-day wear with Bluetooth calls and music playback active?

The device has no fan or moving parts and runs cool on the wrist; audio plays through a tiny speaker so there is no audible noise during calls or music.

Which smartphone operating systems and companion app are required for the watch to pair and sync data?

The watch pairs via Bluetooth with Android and iOS phones using the supported companion app listed in the manufacturer highlights.
