Questions about this item

Does the USB 2.0 interface limit charging speed or data transfer for the R3l?

The USB 2.0 port handles both charging the 180 mAh battery and syncing data; the 1.3 inch screen and 412Kb+64Kb+64Mb memory mean transfers stay small and finish quickly.

What wrist size does the supplied L strap fit, and can it be swapped?

The silicone sport strap fits wrists from 160 mm to 180 mm and uses a standard lug width, so you can replace it with any compatible band.

How do I start the R3l for the first time, and what step do people miss?

Charge fully via the supplied cable, long-press the side button to power on, then pair through the companion app — skipping the app pairing leaves health monitoring and notifications inactive.
