Everyday health tracker for adults

The ZOSKVEE Tk12 is a smart watch built for women, men and neutral adult users who want continuous wellness data on their wrist. It combines heart-rate, blood-pressure, blood-oxygen, body-temperature and sleep monitoring with step counting and smart reminders in a lightweight 45 g aluminium-alloy case. A square IPS touch screen and silicone sports strap keep the interface simple for daily wear.

Week-long monitoring on a single charge

A 280 mAh battery delivers 7 to 14 days of endurance between magnetic charges, so overnight sleep tracking and all-day sensor sampling run without daily top-ups. Life-waterproof sealing handles sweat, rain and hand-washing while the IP-rated build protects the optical sensors during multi-sport sessions. Touch-button operation stays responsive even with wet fingers.

Fits wrists from 29 to 35 mm diameter

The 265 × 46 × 11.6 mm case sits on an adjustable strap that accommodates wrist diameters between 29 and 35 mm, securing the sensors for reliable readings. Buyers with wrists outside this range will find the optical contact inconsistent and should look for a band with a wider adjustment span. iOS pairing enables Bluetooth calling, remote shutter and notification mirroring.

Questions about this item

Will the 280 mAh battery and life-waterproof rating handle all-day wear with heart-rate and temperature tracking active?

The watch is rated for 7-14 days of endurance on a single magnetic charge and carries a life-waterproof grade, so continuous monitoring is supported for daily use.

Does the watch need a paired smartphone to make Bluetooth calls and sync health data, and which platforms are supported?

It connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone running iOS; calls, reminders and health metrics all require that active phone link.

Will the 45 g aluminium-alloy case and 265 mm silicone strap fit the same wrist as my older square-dial watch?

The case measures 46 × 11.6 mm with a 265 mm long strap and 29-35 mm lug spacing, so it matches most wrists that wore a similar square sports watch.
