Two-piece Asian knife set

Forged German stainless steel construction

Each knife is fabricated from a single piece of high-quality German stainless steel. The professional satin finish and fine edge are honed for durability and accurate slicing. A forged bolster creates a seamless blade-to-handle transition that improves balance.

Dishwasher safe with hand-wash recommendation

The set is dishwasher safe for convenience, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish. Buyers who need additional blade styles or a storage block should look elsewhere. The two knives cover santoku and bread tasks only.
